Three bad MCPs can eat half your context window

Claude for Chrome MCP: 14,017 tokens Shortcut MCP: 35,704 tokens Notion MCP: 31,194 tokens

You can ruin your own day by using three poorly designed MCP’s, eating up 83k tokens with just tool definitions. Add in 16k for the system prompt and the 200k context window is nearly cut in half.

Any other MCPs to be wary of?
